Nia Plamenova Djourova es Lecturer de la UPF-Barcelona School of Management y de ESCI-UPF.

Imparte clases en varios programas de la UPF-BSM, abarcando temas como comportamento organizacional, dirección de equipos, liderazgo, gestión del estrés, mindfulness, gestión de conflictos y coaching. Además, desempeña el rol de coordinadora académica del programa MBA Full Time en castellano e inglés. Anteriormente, Nia fue investigadora y colaboradora en la unidad de coaching del IESE Business School, y también ejerció como profesora en la Universidad Internacional de Cataluña y en la Universidad Internacional de Valencia.
