Programme
The Postgraduate course in Town Planning and Property Law (DDIU) offers in-depth training in the most outstanding aspects of Property
and Registration Law, and of land planning and systems. Moreover, essential aspects are developed affecting these fields, such as town planning management,
administrative intervention in building and in the use of land, in accordance with Catalan town planning legislation (redrafted text of 2005 and regulation
of 2006). New legislation directly related to the area will be the object of analysis, such as, for example, the State Land Act 8/2007 of 28 May, and
the Catalan law on the right to housing. Finally, the problems presented by property tax will also be handled via many case studies. The team of lecturers
consists of outstanding specialists from the university field, and also of notaries, land registrars, judges, inspectors and architects, among other
highly qualified professionals from around the country.
