Postgraduate course of Music Production Techniques and Technology

Candidates must fulfil one of the following conditions:

• Higher Degree in Engineering (or similar provable knowledge and experience)
• Exceptionally, students with a Diploma in Technical Engineering will also be admitted provided they can show proof of additional experience and knowledge related to the subject matter of the course.
• Degree in Sonology (an ESMUC qualification awarded by the Generalitat de Catalunya)
• Higher-level training at the Conservatori de Música (or similar provable knowledge), with additional basic or advanced training in sound and music technology.

Enrolment

1. Complete the online admissions form.
2. Pay an enrolment fee of 120 € which will be returned to you if your application is unsuccessful.
3. Send your curriculum vitae, university qualification, ID or Passport, passport size photograph in JPG format to docs@idec.upf.edu in order to take part in the selection process.

Admission

1. IDEC and the academic staff for the program will select candidates via personal or curricular interviews.
2. Notice of acceptance on to the program will be given in writing.

Registration

1. Once you have received a letter of acceptance on to the program and before the beginning of the course you must present the following documentation:

• Stamped or approved university qualification
• Academic Record in case of Foreign Studies

2. Payment of fees. You can pay fees in the following ways:

• By cash
• By cheque
• By credit card
• By bank draft, in which case you must send a copy as proof of payment by fax to +34 93 542 18 08, indicating the code number -3146- of the course and the name of the participant.
