Objectives

  • theoretical and practical training in technology and procedures in support of sound and music creation and production
  • in-depth focus on both sound recording and post-production techniques and the theoretical concepts and applied technologies which make them possible
  • be involved in real-life practical scenarios in both studio and on-location recording technology and techniques
  • this training proposal aims to reduce the gap between theory and practice in musical production, as well as the lack of a technical background and critical listening skills required in the professional field

Programme

The Postgraduate Course in Music Production Techniques and Technology (CTEM) is part of the formation of the Postgraduate diploma in Sonology.

Combined with the postgraduate course in Design of Interactive Music Systems, it leads to obtaining the Postgraduate Diploma in Sonology.
