To the extent possible, the programme is governed by 3 basic premises:
The teaching method used is based on proactivity. It is a matter of each participant developing their knowledge, skills and aptitudes in order to succeed within an international company.
Therefore, the participants are the active element of the learning process so that, on completing the course, they should be capable of solving tasks and problems independently and flexibly within the organisational structure proposed.
The technical requirements for participating in the programme are the following:
Computer with MS Windows operating system.
MS Internet Explorer.
Internet connection, preferably broadband.
in order to access some of the teaching material units, certain applications or plug-ins might be necessary which, in any case, the course organisers will offer free of charge.
During the classroom time of the programme, participants shall have the teaching supervision and support of the module tutors. The tutors of the programme guide participants, providing them with the criteria necessary for finding, selecting and analysing information, solving queries, monitoring each participant individually, assessing them and maintaining an open dialogue.
Likewise, dialogue with the other participants is a fundamental resource for sharing experience and knowledge.
The virtual campus
Our programmes use the virtual campus, called Aula Global, as a place of continuity between presential sessions.
Aula Global, as a virtual learning environment offers multiple functions to facilitate communication, to access information and to deliver activities.
The Aula Global of each program is the space where participants will find the documentation of the subjects. They can also check out activities, check grades and access the program schedules. Similarly, the Aula Global provides access to various areas of communication.
