The methodology combines different types of face-to-face sessions: participative classes with groups limited to 35 people, case analyses, presentations of experiences by accredited professions and regular talks with noteworthy specialists. Role playing is also used occasionally and some subjects are taught as workshops in a computer classroom.
Assessment is based on work done in teams that must be completed by all participants, consisting of a Communication Plan (Module I) and a Communication Management Project (Module II). Both pieces of work are done with the support of a tutor and must be presented before an examination board comprising lecturers and professionals, in a format similar to what would occur in the workplace. Certain subjects also require tests or work to be done on a smaller scale, individually or in teams.
The virtual campus
Our programmes use the virtual campus, called Aula Global, as a place of continuity between presential sessions.
Aula Global, as a virtual learning environment offers multiple functions to facilitate communication, to access information and to deliver activities.
The Aula Global of each program is the space where participants will find the documentation of the subjects. They can also check out activities, check grades and access the program schedules. Similarly, the Aula Global provides access to various areas of communication.
