Module I: Business communication
A communication plan for a real organisation that participants develop throughout the course constitutes the backbone of this module. In the development of this work the main elements of communication in organisations are introduced: internal communication, identity and corporate image, the management of communication, marketing and advertising, corporate social responsibility, the relationship with the media, or crisis communication, among others.
Module II: Communication management
This is in response to the incorporation of communication to the management functions of the organisation. The core of the course is based on the application of complex communication strategies, understanding this as a function closely related to executive skills, including those related to the use of the Internet. Participants also explore the specifics of communication in certain sectors and develop their management skills and capacities.
The Master's in Communication Management (MDIC) is aimed at university graduates in any area.
For those with no experience, postgraduate or master's courses offer a highly useful means of specialisation and improvement for entering the professional world.
For communication professionals, the programme implies a key opportunity for updating knowledge and a systemisation of experience acquired, providing them with the best possible placement for improving their career.
