The following may use the Campus Treball:
- Participants of IDEC programmes with 100 teaching hours or more who are not carrying out any professional internships run by the Internship Department, and for up to one year after finishing their programme.
- Members of IDEC's AAA (Alumni Association).
At Campus Treball you may:
- Enter and update your personal and professional information
- Access existing job offers and present your application
- Track the status of your applications in detail
- Have your CV available for companies at the search engine
They may access Campus Treball one month before completing their internship agreement and up to one year after they have graduated. Afterwards they will have to become members of the Alumni Association.
Campus Treball can be accessed via Campus Global. Once inside the Campus Global application, there is a link to Campus Treball on the left menu bar.
Anyone who is in one or more of the user groups and has not accessed Campus Global yet may obtain their username and password as follows:
- On the direct access page to Campus Global at www.idec.upf.edu/cg, just below the language selection option, you will find the links (both in Spanish and Catalan) where to consult your access code.
- Enter your surname and date of birth on the new page that appears. With these data the application will give you a user number with the format of a lower case "i" followed by 5 digits (i00000) and the password.
- You may change your password once you access the application.
Once you have entered Campus Treball, there is a menu on the left-hand margin of the screen where you will find a simple and interactive form on which you can enter the personal and professional details of your CV.
It is very important to complete the form as thoroughly as possible and to dedicate the needed time to it as this is how you will be presented to companies using the system.
No. You must enter your CV details using the form in order to be able to access the offers available in the Notice Board.
You might not be able to access offers if the information on your academic training (official and unofficial) appearing on the CV form has not been filled out correctly.
- Official training is anything studied up to university level (diplomas, degrees, doctorates).
- Unofficial training is any studies carried out in addition to university, including masters and postgraduate courses at IDEC. The programmes must be indicated both in the Qualification section and on the drop-down menu you will see there, and in the case of IDEC training the centre must be entered as the 'Institut d'Educació Contínua' on the drop-down menu.
The information on your CV may only be accessed by companies registered as users of the application and if you have answered 'yes' to the question on the form "My CV can be published in the UPF website". In this case, companies may consult the content of your CV without your contact details.
All CVs are checked and activated by the Career Services. If you have entered your CV but it doesn't immediately appear on the website, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
- Your CV is pending review and validation. The Career Services makes all efforts to reduce the time users must wait for their CVs to be checked.
- Your CV has been checked but not activated. In this case, the administrator will have left a note specifying the recommended actions for you to complete or improve your CV.
Campus Treball has two sections:
- Internships - can only be accessed by UPF degree or diploma students. IDEC internships are managed by the Internship Department.
- Job offers - with three kinds of offers:
- Junior offers: vacancies for junior positions aimed principally at recent UPF graduates. There are also offers aimed at people with postgraduate training but without professional experience in the area.
- Senior offers: vacancies for senior positions, either because postgraduate training or years of experience (or both) are required.
- Other offers: including vacancies for positions other than the previous two types, e.g. civil service vacancies, freelance contracts, contracts for specific projects, etc.
Users with an IDEC profile have access to the junior, senior and other offers boards on the Notice Board.
The offers published on Campus Treball are kept while they are valid, i.e. while the vacancy being announced is still at the recruitment stage and has not been filled. The Career Services monitors the offers published to ensure their validity.
Once someone has applied for a vacancy, it is up to the company that has published the offer to contact the person in order to continue the recruitment process.
The status of applications can be tracked using Campus Treball, via the History option on the menu.
