Once the user has selected their language of preference, a left-hand menu will appear with all available options.
Such a message would appear if the registering user has selected Campus Trebal access codes which have already been created by another company. In such case, the registering user should go back to the Company Data form and create a new username or password.
In such case, Campus Treball offers the possibility of consulting the existing data referencing the company tax identification number (CIF). If the data refers to the same branch or business, then the user need only make sure that he has the access codes. If this is not the case, the registering user will need to contact the Career Services. If the already registered user is from the same company, but from a different branch, the newly registering user can continue with the registration process indicating the branch, section or department to which the new registration pertains.
To publish a job offer in the Job listing tool it is necessary to access Campus Treball, entering the user access codes in the private menu option and, once the access codes have been validated, the user can complete the job listing publication form that will appear on the Job listing tool menu. Once the "save changes" button has been selected, the information will be sent to the Campus Treball administrator, who will review and publish the job offer in the on-line listings.
All candidate responses to job listings can be accessed using Campus Treball.
The procedure is as follows:
When the first response to a job offer is received, an e-mail will be sent to the user informing him that there is a CV available for review. The e-mail will also include information on how to access and view this CV.
By making a search for CV's using the Campus Treball search tool, the user can view the professional details of the people who possess the profiles identified in the search parameters.
To obtain contact information for those persons of interest, the user must complete the Contact Data form which will appear in the Search CV's section, entering the profile in the form field and up to 15 references to CV's in the Profile section of the form.
