The information available in this section is aimed specifically at journalists and those working in the media. It provides images and different versions of logos and indicates the correct way to refer to the institution.

The official name of the institution

The denomination IDEC-Universitat Pompeu Fabra is the full, official name of the institution and, as such, we ask the media to use this title to refer to it.
Alternately, when it is impossible to use the official version, or when it is too repetitive, the names IDEC or IDEC-UPF can be used.
The initials IDEC correspond to the Instituto de Educación Continua, although this name should not be used in press announcements.
