We inform you that the personal data that you provide through this form to the Private Foundation Institut d'Educació Contínua (hereinafter referred to as IDEC), and all information as well as those you provide IDEC throughout your contractual relation as a student, will be entered into a computerised database that will be used by IDEC, directly or through collaborating entities, to proceed to the adequate administration, preparation and monitoring of the academic year, including the management of degrees issuance and the administration of work-experience in periods at external companies if there be any, as well as the administration of any payments and invoicing that may be necessary for IDEC, and all of those matters arising from your condition as an IDEC student. In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data of 13th December (LOPD), we inform you that IDEC, a private foundation with registered address at Carrer Balmes 132, Barcelona (Spain), is the final recipient of this data and is the organisation that decides on the purposes, content and use of processing the personal data you provide. In any case, you may exercise your rights to access, rectify, cancel or object to your data within legal terms, by applying in writing to the Information Department of IDEC, at the above address.
