The MLGC Group is made up of former students from the Master’s in Science Leadership and Administration. It was initially created in 2008 by students from the first edition of this Master’s with the idea of incorporating students from future promotions.
The intention of this Group is to form part of the structure of the IDEC – Universitat Pompeu Fabra Alumni Association (AA).

Coming activities
The MLGC Club will be offering a monthly session on Continuous Training in Science Management and Leadership on the last Thursday of every month. These are the next sessions programmed. Why not make a note of them in your diary?
- Thursday, 27th May: "The Transference of Technology and Preliminary Projects of the Science Law and Sustainable Economy Law", by Mr. Gonzalo Vicente Lacambra, manager at CIBER BBN (Bio-engineering, Bio-materials and Nanomedicine), lawyer and specialist in International and Community Law and ex-MBA9. Objectives
The main objectives of the MLGC Club are:
- To promote continuous training within the field of leadership and administration in science and innovation.
- To generate knowledge and opinion in this area and work towards its social diffusion.
- To facilitate the work and development of professionals with administration and leadership responsibilities in science and innovation.
- To provide a permanent place for former MLGC students to meet up and communicate.
- To encourage exchange with new promotions leading to the growth of the Club.
- To work with other entities and associations that can bring improvements to science and innovation administration and leadership.
Members
MLGC Group members are basically all those AA associates who have completed the said Master’s.
Additionally, some specific activities may be open to other groups, either from the AA or other institutions, or individual professionals who are interested in the Club’s activities.
The value of this network grows with the number of individuals involved; therefore the aim of the Group is to increase the number of registered members with every promotion.
